Shellproof is a dormant company at this time and therefore its main country of operation is also its country of incorporation. However, this is dependent on Shellproof achieving the aim set out in its Investment Strategy below.

For Example, the IBCA imposes no obligation on Shellproof to hold general meetings and the share capital of the Company may be increased and reorganised without the prior approval of shareholders.
Trading Platforms
Shellproof shares are traded solely on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The company has neither applied nor agreed to have its shares traded on any other exchange or trading platform.
